Hilux/Verada Brake Upgrade

Parts required

1. 1 pair of 240k struts (to suit the larger rotor)

2. 1 pair of magna verada rotors DBA Part No: DBA425

3. 1 pair of hilux calipers (to suit the vented rotor NOT solid).

Installation

1. Get your rotors redrilled to suit 4x114.3 datsun stud pattern

2. Remove your old brakes from the struts.

3. Bolt the 240k hub to magna rotor, bolt to strut.

4. Mount caliper to strut. Now to centre the caliper over the rotor, there are a few options;

A. Put shims between the caliper and mounting bracket to space it out

B. Put the shims between the rotor and the hub

C. Skim approx 3mm off the mounting face of the caliper.

5. Bolt into the car and go racing.
